摘要
在现代军人群体中,多元文化的撞击,军地物质利益差异的扩大,军事变革对军人素质要求的提高,使部分军人产生心理冲突和矛盾。导制人才流失和消极情绪增长,从心理学的角度进行剖析,探索解决军人心理冲突和矛盾的有效途径,对军事变革中军队建设具有重要的现实意义和指导意义。
In the group of modern soldiers ,conflict of multi-culture ,the increasingly widening gap of material benefit between soldiers & other people ,as well as the demanding request of soldiers' quality by the Revolution in Military of Affairs will inevitably lead to mental collision and contradiction of some soldiers . Moreover,these factors will also result in many negative aspects such as the disorder of values ,brain-drain from the army and increased passive mood and more negative affairs in the soldier's family which affect military construction .Therefore, it is of vital importance and practical meaning to explore effective solutions to mental collision and construction of soldiers and better military construction in Revolution in Military Affairs from the perspective of Psychology.
