摘要
创建学习化社会是为进一步解放生产力的体制创新 ,已经成为中国未来社会发展的重要目标与任务。社区教育是提高全民族素质、形成高素质的人力资源的重要途径 ,是建设学习化社会的桥梁 ,社区教育通过创新适应时代的需要 ,对我国建立学习化社会具有重要的意义。
Founding learning society is the system innovation for further emancipating productive forces and has become the important goal of future social development in China. Community is an important channel of raising the quality of whole people and forming the human resource of high quality, and is the bridge for building learning society. Community education has an important meaning to establish learning society for our country through creation and meet the demand of the time.
