摘要
西部旅游开发实质上主要就是民族地区的旅游开发,此乃民族地区实现经济繁荣和社会稳定的战略抉择。西部旅游开发与民族地区社会经济发展应当同步推进,以求互动。同步推进西部旅游开发与民族地区的社会经济发展,需要着重采取七条基本对策。
Developing tourism in west China means developing tourism in ethnic areas, which is a strategic choice to achieve economic prosperity and social stability in these areas. Developing tourism in west China and social and economic development should be carried out simultaneously.
