摘要
目的观察穿刺抽脓冲洗在治疗先天性耳前瘘管感染的病人中应用的临床效果.方法对25例先天性耳前瘘管感染形成脓肿的病人进行局部的穿刺抽脓冲洗.结果病人经换药4～5 d治愈,局部瘢痕小.结论穿刺抽脓冲洗治疗先天性耳前瘘管感染的效果满意,达到了微创、美观和疗程短的目的,值得推广应用.
Objective To obvserve clinical effect of application of puncture, aspiration of pus and cleanse in treating patients with congenital aural fistula infection. Methods 25 patients with pus caused by congenital aural fistula infection were treated with local puncture, aspiration of pus and cleanse. Results Patients recovered after 4~5 day changing dressing, with small local scar. Conclusion Puncture, aspiration of pus and cleanse can reach satisfactory effect in treating congenital aural fistula infection, and meet the purpose of minor wound, good look and short period of treatment, which is worth being popularizing.
