摘要
通过对商品、市场结构及其运行机制的分析,指出信息资源具备商品的属性,应对信息资源进行市场化运作。并阐述了市场机制中的信息资源体系建设的特点。
This paper analyzes on the commodity, the market structure and its operation mechanism, points out that the information resource possesses the attribute of the commodity, and should make the marketing operation to the information resource, and expounds the features of the construction of the information resource system in the market mechanism.
