摘要
在传统的CO_2法硅酸钠水玻璃型砂基础上引入硅酸钾水玻璃及铝酸钠溶液,配制成硅酸钠—钾—铝三元复合水玻璃粘结剂,试验表明,其湿压强度要比钠水玻璃高50~80%,干强度介于钠、钾水玻璃之间,表面强度高,溃散性良好。
This paper describesthe formulation of three component composite water glass sand of the solium—Potassion—Aluminium silicate, which is made up of sodium silicate, potassium silicate and soldium aluminat.Haring been tested many times, its found good tensile strength and rout loose nature.
