摘要 免疫磁珠是一种含铁的小微粒与单克隆抗体通过共价键偶联而形成的免疫复合物 ,在磁力作用下发生力学移动 ,具有良好的磁感应性。此技术在检测和分离肿瘤细胞、骨髓净化、磁导向治疗等方面的应用令人瞩目 ,对于恶性肿瘤的早期发现、判断预后、选择治疗方案。 Immunomagnetic bead is a kind of microsphere contained iron, which joined with Mabs and configurates immuno-compound.It can move at the effect of magnetic force,and has good magnetic induction.This technique applies widely,especially in the detection and separation of the tumor cells,purification of the bone marrow and magnetic guided treatment,etc.It has important significance for the early detection of malignant carcinoma,the judgment of the prognosis,the choice of the treatment regine and the monitor of the state of an illness.This article summarizes the reserch actuality and application prospect of the immunomagnetic bead techniques.
