炭黑—聚合物复合材料自控温加热电缆的工艺研究

摘要 本文在了解炭黑—聚合物导电机理及各种因素对共混合料电阻的正温度系数(PTC)特征影响研究的基础上,进一步探讨工艺条件(温度、压力、混料、造粒工艺、电位线成型工艺、交联工艺等)对自控温加热电缆性能的影响,说明合理的工艺选择对制造优质自控温加热电缆的重要性。 In this paper, on the basis of investigating both conducting mechanism of carbon black-polymer composities and influence of various factors on its positive temperature coefficient (PTC) behaviour of eletrical resistivity of co-be lending, we have deeply discussed the effect of technological conditions (such as temperature, pressure, blending, pelleting forming cut and crosslinking) on the characteristics of self-regulating heater. These experimental results sufficiently demonstrate that the selecting of reasonable technologicalc onditionsis considerably important to making self-regulating heater of high quality.
