摘要
目的 :观察中药“补肾煎”对去势高脂血症兔动脉内皮组织结构和t -PA、PAI的影响。方法 :新西兰雌兔去势术 + 0 5 %胆固醇饲料 +静注牛血清白蛋白造模 ,模型动物使用补肾煎治疗 12周后检测相关指标。结果 :与模型组相比 ,补肾煎较好地抑制PAI的生成、提高模型兔t -PA含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,减少血管内皮损伤 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :补肾煎可改善去势高脂血症模型兔异常的t-PA/PAI比例 ,减轻血管内皮损伤 ,保护内皮细胞功能、防治血栓形成。
Objective: Effect of“BU SHEN JIAN”,the kidney-tonifying recipe of traditional Chinese medicine was observed on experimental castrated hyperlipidemia rabbits by serum t-PA,PAI and the construction of endothelia. Methods :All the rabbits were fed high cholesterol diet after the castration peration and injected bovine serum albumin.The kidney-tonifying recipe was given for 12 weeks. Results :Kidney-tonifying recipe could decrease the level of PAI,prevent the level of t-PA( P <0 05),and protect physiological construction of the endothelia( P< 0 05). Conclusion :The kidney-tonifying recipe“BU SHEN JIAN”possesses the effect of adjusting the balance between PAI and t-PA,and preserves the function of endothelial cell as well.
