高温高压差热分析仪专家控制系统

摘要 温度的精确和快速控制是任何热分析仪器的一个关键。对于一些难以建立数学模型的被控对象来说,若采用基于数学模型的传统控制方法就无能为力了。智能控制有望克服这一不足。本文介绍了一种温度专家控制系统的硬件结构,工作原理,专家控制器及其系统软件设计。该系统已成功地运用于多气氛高温高压差热分析仪,该分析仪可在1500k的高温和3.0MPA的压力下使用。 The key point to any kind of temperature analyzer is to control the temperature accurately and rapidly. The traditional method based on t -he mathematic model of controlled object is powerless when the model is hardly est ablished. However, the Artificial Intelligent Control[2, 3] may be suitable for the case.The hardware configuration,principle of oper ation, expert oontrol and software design of a temperature expert control system is described in this paper. The system has been successfully used in a differential themal analyzer under high temperature and pressure for diffe -rent reaction atmosphere. The analyzer is applicable to high temperature up to 1500K and pressure of 3.0 Mpa.
