摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,证券市场日趋国际化,金融风险性也随之加大,加强证券监管成为国际社会的共识。本文首先探讨了证券市场及其监管的国际化趋势,然后分析了中国证券市场的国际化及障碍因素,最后提出了中国证券市场国际化的监管对策。
