摘要
结合国内外现状 ,对采用工程量清单计价模式进行招投标的特点进行了介绍 ,分析了目前评标办法中存在的问题及应采取的办法 ,并指出实行以合理最低价法中标应做好的工作。
Combined with present conditions home and abroad,it introduces featres of bidding according to model of project amount list price,analyzes problems in new evaluation method with adoptive methods,and points out works which need doing so as to succeed in lowest price bids.
