摘要
氯化聚乙烯弹性体(CPE)在提高聚氯乙烯(PVC)韧性的同时,损害了基体的拉伸强度和流变性等宝贵性能;刚性聚合物聚苯乙烯(PS)能进一步提高PVC/CPE的冲击强度,且基体的拉伸强度下降不大,流变性得到改善。PS明显增韧的共混体是PVC/CPE=100/10、100/15;PS对碳酸钙填充的PVC/CPE=100/15体系也有一定的增韧作用。扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,刚性聚合物促进了PVC/CPE体系网络的形成并使之细微均匀化。
The impact strength of PVC/CPE blends was increased by filling a little amount of PS, and the tensile strength varied slightly. Filling PS to PVC/CPE=100/10,100/15 systems had obvious toughening effect, and PS also toughen PVC/CPE/CaCO_3 systems. PS improved the rheological behavior of blends and promoted the dispersion and netting of CPE in PVC/CPE matrix. It differed from elastomer toughening plastics in properties and regularity.
