挺身式跳远教学改革之探讨

摘要 运用完整法进行挺身式跳远教学实验研究 ,通过以完整动作为主的教学方式 ,不断校正动作 ,建立正确的动力定型 ,并保持完整动作的节奏和所有技术环节的连贯性 .教学效果明显优于分解法 。 The article made a teaching experiment on the long ju mp by straightening one's back in integration approach.Movements were constantly c orrected and set up,and the rhythm of complete movements and the integration of all the skillful links were kept by the teaching approach mainly based on integr ated skills.The teaching effect was obviously superior to that of decomposition approach.It provides reference to the teaching reform of the required track and field courses in the physical education institutes.
