摘要
高校负债办学成为一种普遍现象 ,负债办学在给高校带来快速发展的同时 ,也给高校带来了巨大的财务风险。正确认识、及时防范财务风险 ,有利于高校的稳定发展。负债管理已成为高校理财者必须认真对待的新课题。
Indebted school-running in china's institutions of higher learning has become a universal phenomenon. Indebted school-running brings great financial risks as well as rapid developments to colleges and universities. Correct understanding and timely prevention of financial risks are beneficial to the stable development of higher education. Management of debts has become a new problem the financial managers in the field of h.igher education are supposed to carefully deal with.
