摘要
城市弥漫的人才大战的硝烟似乎暂时掩盖了农村人才短缺的问题。文章将农村的人才现状作为切入点 ,深刻揭示了农村难以吸引人才的原因是多种因素综合作用的结果 ,并着重提出了农村吸引人才的几种对策。
The scramble for qualified personel in city makes us ignore the heavy lack of them in the countryside.Based on the present situation,this essay shows the complicated reasons that its hard to draw qualified personel's attentions;and puts forward several rational countermeasures to solve them.
