摘要
我国博物馆藏品利用存在着利用率偏低的问题。主要原因归纳为７个方面：１．重收藏、轻利用；２．小生产观念；３．畏难退缩、维持现状心态的普遍存在；４．法规不健全、不完善；５．陈列内容和形式单一；６．资金短缺；７．藏品本身的客观属性。对此，应从改革藏品管理体制等６个方面加以解决。
The rate of using collection of Chinese museums is low now. The main cause lies in the following seven factors: paying more attention to collecting than using, small producers mentality, idea of fearing difficulty and keeping present situation, the unperfected laws and rules, lacking sufficient funds, and collection objective attribute. So we should solve the question by innovating the present collection managing system and other five factors.
