揭示黄纪莲《中日“二十一条”交涉史料全编(1915—1923)》的特色及价值在于:内容全面,充分反映中日“二十一条”交涉过程的全貌;取材广泛,利用价值高;编辑得当,使用方便。指出该书为近年来民国史专题资料集中不可多得的精品。
s:This paper has revealed the main characteristics and values of Huang Jilian's Complete Historical Data Collection of China-Japan 21 Negotiations(19 15-1923).Specifically,the richest information carried by the book gives us a co mplete picture of how the 21 Negotiations had been made.And its extensive data c ollection as well as its appropriate way of editing makes itself both invaluable in application and convenient to use.Therefore,as the paper has concluded,it is one of the rare exquisite pieces of the data collection on this special subject published in the recent years.
