摘要
成人高等教育是我国教育体系中一个重要组成部分。本文阐述了为培养应用型、复合型人才开展英语教与学活动的一些尝试。根据培养目标、学员特点 ,教师可采用一些适宜成人英语教学的手段 ,把学员培养成有较扎实英语基础 ,较强的自学能力及各方面素质较高的合格人才。
Adult higher education is one of important parts in our educational system. The thesis tells some experiments in the teaching and learning of adult English. The teacher can adopt some means apt to adult English education according to teaching aim and students' characteristics.
