大鼠吸入贫铀气溶胶后肾组织病理和形态计量学改变 被引量:2

HISTOPATHOLOGICAL AND MORPHOMETRIC ALTERATIONS OF RAT KIDNEYS BY INHALED DEPLETED URANIUM AEROSOL

摘要 目的:探讨大鼠吸入贫铀(DU)气溶胶后肾组织病理和形态计量学改变,为贫铀武器损伤及其医学防护提供线索.方法:用常规病理技术和形态计量学方法观察了大鼠吸入DU气溶胶后1-14个月后肾组织病理和形态讲量学改变.改变:结果:吸入DU气溶胶后,部分大鼠皮质肾小管、肾乳头小管明显扩张;皮质、髓质和乳头肾小管中出现管型和间质出血;随吸入后时间延长或吸入剂量增高,肾组织病变发生率及病变程度均呈现增高的趋势.结论:贫铀气溶胶对肾组织有明显的损伤作用. Objective:To investigate the pathological and morphometric alteration of rat kidney after inhaling depleted uranium (DU) aerosol in order to provide certain means for protecting DU weapons induced health harmfulness. Methods:Regular pathological technique and morphometric measurement were used for observing the alterations of rat kidneys during one to 14 months after inhaling DU aerosol. Results:After inhaling DU aerosol, obvious distension of tubular cavity and tissue haemorrhage were observed on cortex, medulla and papilla, and the degrees of pathological changes on kidney in rats varied directly depended on DU amount and prolongation of time after DU inhalation. Conclusion:DU inhalation could injure kidney.
