摘要
导出了对角因子分块循环矩阵的概念，把循环矩阵的对角化和谱分解推广到具有对角因子循环结构的分块矩阵中去．
In this paper, We introduce the diagonally factor block circulant matrices where the basic diagonally factor block circulant matrix is the product of a block diagonally matrix and a basic block circulant matrix. The diagonalization and spectral decomposition of circulant matrices are conveiently generalized to block matrices with the strcture of diagomally factor circulant.
