摘要
本文引入了近似除环的概念，并证明了每一近似除环是一些除环与零化子集的并集．推广了Mann的结果．
In this paper we in troduce the notion of almost division ring. it is shown that an almost division ring is the join of some division ring and an annihilator. This is generalization of the conclusion of Mann.
