摘要
目的:研究对肾细胞腺癌和肾细胞癌进行恰当的分类,有助于临床对肾癌治疗方法的选择及其预后的判断。方法:我们对134例病理切片及临床资料完整的肾细胞癌病例,采用大体眼观与细胞形态学结合的办法对肾癌的亚型进行了分类。结果:134例肾癌被分为7个亚型,它们是:近曲小管组织发生的肿瘤(1)透明细胞型81例,占60.45％;(2)易染色细胞型37例,以上占肾癌总数的88.06％;起源于集合管的肿瘤(3)嫌色细胞型3例;(4)肿瘤细胞型7例,仅占5.22％;(5)移行细胞型1例;(6)神经内分泌型3例;(7)肾直小管型2例。所有分类的原则均基于基本细胞构成及肿瘤(实体瘤)类型。结论:肾癌并非起源于单一细胞类型,而是肾实质不同上皮构成的一类肿瘤。
Purgase: To study classififcation of morphological subtype of renal-cell adinomas and carcinomas, and to give further indications for type-specific tumor development and progresion. Methods: Classification of 134 cases of renal cell carcino-ma was based on basic cell and tumor types (entities) withcharacteristic morphogic features by microscope and examination. Re-sults:These cases, the renal cancer, were classified seven subtypes. Tumor with a proposed histogenesis from the protimal tuble are l118 cases (88.06%) , (1) clear-cell type, (2)chronophilic-cell type,whereras tumors with a propased histohinisis from the connecting tuble/connecting duct are (3) chromophobic-cell type,(4)duct Billini type , (5) oncocytic type, others are (6)neu-roendocrine type and (7) transitional-cell type. Conclusion: Renal-cell adinomas and carcinomas are histogeineis from not only single eal cell, but also cells of kidney.
