摘要
目的探讨断指再植中的不再流现象及对策。方法报告两例断指再植失败病例并复习文献。结果两例4指分别于再植术后72小时及30小时丧失血运或放弃再植。结论断指再植存在不再流现象。尽管断指再植技术提高,仍应强调尽快重建血运、冷藏断指、及时有效地处理血管危象之重要。一旦不再流现象不可避免发生,宜果断放弃再植改行其他术式。
objective Probe into the no-reflow phenomenon dring replantation of amputation fingers. Methods To report 2 cases of replantation failure and review the reports. Results 4 fingers in 2 cases lost blood supply or gave up replantation 72 and 30 hours after operation respectively. Conclusions NO-reflow phenomenon exist during replantation of amputated fingers. Though replantation skill is in a higher level, it is still very important to restore blood supply. put the amputation fingers in a 4℃ chamber and deal with the vascular crisis If no-reflow phenomenon occur inevitably, it is wise to stop replantation or change the operation with no delay.
