摘要
以人类聚居环境规划设计的专业为背景，针对二无论的不足，首次提出三元论的规划设计哲学，从专业范围、价值观念、专业组成、环境感受、规划设计过程、方法技术等方面，论证了三无论作为人类聚居环境学哲学基础的充分性和必要性。
Based on the disciplineof planning and design of human inhabitation environment, and in viewof the inadequacy of dualism, trialismas the philosophy of planning anddesign is first raised by this paper.The sufficiency and necessity oftrialism as the philosophical basis forstudies of human inhabitation environment are expounded in aspectsof professional range, value, components of the profession, environmentperception, planning and design process, method and technique, etc.
