摘要
目的为了观察 X 刀治疗颅内转移瘤的疗效,收集我院95年8月至98年6月治疗的颅内转移瘤22例。方法经 CT 随访,时间为术后1至8个月。结果病灶完全消失2例,病灶缩小10例,多病灶者病灶部分消失、部分缩小3例,无明显变化者7例。在再次行 X 刀治疗的5例中,病灶均消失或缩小。结论对颅内转移瘤 X 刀是一种安全、可靠、有效的治疗方法,CT 随访观察能较好显示病灶的变化,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。
To observe curative effect of brain metastases by X-ray knife,we collect 22 cases of performationfrom Augest 95 to June 98.Methods:Follow-up of CT after treatment from 1-8 mouths.Results:The lesions vanish all in 2 cases,reduce all in 10 cases,some vanish and others reduce in 3 multi-lesion cases,no change in 7 cases.Of 5 re-treated cases,the lesionsvanish or/and reduce.conclusion:It is a safe、effective、raliable method to cure brain metastases by X-ray knife,and CT imaginescan offer the valuable references of lesions variances to direct clinical treatments.
