摘要 在普通和无菌环境中,用人工饲料饲育3 批陕205 ×陕206 杂交蚕。24h 蚕的疏毛率,普通蚕平均94-0% ;无菌蚕平均96-3 % 。普通蚕成活率86-7% 、结茧率96-0 % 、平均结茧时间31-0 日龄、蛹化率100 % ;无菌蚕成活率96-0% 、结茧率98-7 % 、平均结茧时间32-6 日龄、蛹化率88-7 % 。无菌蚕经检测无菌生长,可作为实验动物使用。 There were 3 lots of Shan 205×Shan 206 hybrids silkworm reared on artificial diets in conventional and germfree environment. The percentage of hair spacing of newly hatched larvae during the 24th hours after hatching was 94.0% and 96.3% respectively, in conventional and germfree silkworm. The average percentage of success was 86.7%, the percentage of reelable cocoons was 96.0%, the cocooning period was 31st days, the percentage of pupation was 100% in conventional silkworm. The average percentage of success was 96.0%, the percentage reelable cocoons was 98.7%, the cocooning period was 32.6th days, the percentage of pupation was 88.7%. In Germfree Silkworn Examination shows that germfree silkworm was germfree and can be utilized as laboratory animal.
