摘要
本文对半屏障系统下清洁级Ｃ５６ＢＬ／６小鼠进行剖腹取胎，用触诊法确定妊娠鼠的临产期，剖腹产仔鼠成活率为８９５２％，部腹产和正常产仔鼠出生体重差异不显著（Ｐ＞００５）。用ＩＣＲ母鼠代乳与正常产的仔鼠１～４周龄同期体重比较差异显著或极显著（Ｐ＜００５或Ｐ＜００１），４周龄头长、体长比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５）。
We studied the caesare an birth
and normal birth of cleaning C57BL/6 mice in half-barrier system. The p arturient term of
pregnant mice was decided by palpation. The survival rate of c aesarean birth mice was
89.52%. There was not difference in the body weight of n ew-born baby between the caesarean
birth mice and normal birth mice (P>0.05). T he comparision in body weight of 1～4 week mice
between ICR substitute lactation and normal birth was significant or remarkable difference
(p<0.05 or P<0.01). The comparision of head size and body size of 4 week mice were not
significant d ifference.
