摘要
改革开放以来，我国工人阶级的内部结构发生了很大变化，出现了不同的利益群体，劳动关系矛盾日渐突出。工会应协调劳动关系，重点维护普通工人群体的合法权益。
Since the reform and the opening to the outside world, great changes have been taken place in the internal structure of the working class in our country; A variety of groups standing for different interests have emerged and the contradictions of labor relations have been being revealed. In our work of trade union, we should coordinate the labor relations, and put emphasis on asserting the legitimate rights of the working class.
