摘要
当前，我国基础教育正在从应试教育向素质教育转轨，这是历史性的转折。但素质教育并不是不要考试，相反，考试对素质教育功不可没。本文阐述了素质教育与考试的关系。
It is the central issue that how to transfer from the education for examination to quality education under the condition of all around practice of quality education in the new century. In this article, the author gets rid of some kinds of one side views on the relationship between examination and quality. Then, the author points out that how to take a correct view of examination under the new circumstances, and how to carry out the scientific way of examinations as well as to build quality education by new sense.
