摘要
指出了加强大学人文素质教育是我国高校改革的热点问题之一,也是世界高等教育发展的普遍趋势,阐述了我国的精神文明建设和高等教育发展的重要意义。提出了加强人文素质教育具体的实施途径、实施办法。
