摘要
目的探讨三联术(白内障囊外摘除、人工晶体技入术及小梁切除)治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床应用及手术效果。方法实施手术16只眼,其中原发性闭角型青光眼合并老年性自内障9眼,青光眼术后滤过功能丧失并发白内障4眼,晶体膨胀期继发青光眼3眼。结果术后视力较术前均有明显提高,有10只眼(62.5%)术后视力达0.5以上,术后前房恢复快,并发症少,滤过泡功能好,眼压控制理想。结论三联术是一种切实有效的手术方式,它既能有效的控制眼压,又能恢复视力,只要严格掌握适应症及手术要领,正确、恰当的术后处理,可获得理想的手术效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of three-combined procedure of trabeculectomyand extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in treating glaucomaaccompanied by cataract.Method 16 eyes with glaucoma and cataract were operated;9 with glaucoma andsenile cataract,4 with complicated cataract failure in post-operation of glaucoma,3 with secondaryglaucoma and intumescent cataract.Result The post operative visual acuity is greatly improved.10 eyes(62.5%)have vision of 0.5 or more.There are fewer complications and more rapidly recovery of anteriorchamber and better-controlled intraocular pressure(IOP).Conclusion Three-combined method can not onlycontrol IOP effectively but improve postoperative vision if pay attention to the indication and the keyto operation and postoperation care.
