摘要
本文进行了净化柴油碳烟微粒过滤器试验装置的研制。根据结构简单、密封性好、引线方便,滤芯固定可靠等要求,设计出了一种适用于柴油机微粒净化,有较高过滤效率的过滤器试验装置。试验结果表明,本试验装置能较好地滤掉柴油机排气中的碳烟微粒,过滤效率在50％以上。
This paper reports the development of experimental filter equipment for diesel engine exhaust particulate. In forms of the requirement about simplicity of structure, reliability of sealing, convenience of wiring, solid-ity of filter element, a experimental equipment has been designed, which is used to exhaust particulate and has higher filter efficiency. The experime-ntal results indicate that the equipment can effectively filter the particulate. The efficiency is about more than
