摘要
本文报道15例阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症的临床表现,骨髓、溶血试验和并发症等,并阐述阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症的治疗、转归和发作诱因等。
In this article, we report clinical manifesta- tions, bone marrow, Hemolytic test and complications of 15 patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria,we also discuss treatment transformation and inducing factors of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria.
