摘要
对416例甲亢病人术前准备观察分析,证明不用碘剂而应用抗甲状腺药物(必要时辅以心得安、激素等)、具有术前准备时间短、术中出血少、术后平稳等优点,无甲亢危象作用。
Pre-operative preparations for 416 patients with hyperthyroidism are reported. Antithyroid drugs were used other than iodine. If necessary, propranolol, prednisone might be used,This method has many advantages preparation time is shorter, blooding is less, the patients conditionis steady after, operation,No hyperthyroidism crisis occurred.
