水解珍珠粉对D-半乳糖或臭氧所致衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化作用 被引量:10

The Antiaging Effects of Pearl-powder on mice aging model Induced by D-Glactose or Ozone

摘要 小鼠sc D-半乳糖40mg/kg·d×40d或在臭氧(0.53±0.12mg/m^3)环境中动式染毒8h/d×15d造成亚急性衰老模型。与此同时ig水解珍珠粉溶液50、100或200mg/kg·d。结果表明,与D-半乳糖组相比,水解珍珠粉100、200mg/kg可显著提高全血GSH-Px的活性,200mg/kg可显著降低血清MDA的含量,100、200mg/kg可以显著降低心脏脂褐素的含量。3个剂量均可显著降低脑脂褐素的含量。与臭氧组相比,珍珠粉3个剂量组均可显著提高全血GSH-Px的活性,100、200mg/kg可显著降低血清MDA的含量,100mg/kg组能显著降低肝脂褐素含量,心脑脂褐素含量的变化不显著。 The subacute D-galactose-aging or Ozone-aging mice models were formed respectively after mice were injected (sc) with D-galactose 40mg/kg, qd×40d or exposed in the environment of ozone (O_3) with the density of 0.53±0.12mg/m^3, 8h/d×15d. At the same time, Pearl-poeder 50,100,200mg/kg (ig) were given in D-galactose-aging mice model qd×40d or in Ozone-aging mice model qd×15d respectively. And then, the activity of Glutathine Peroxidase (GSH-Px) in whole blood, the contents of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and Lipofuscin of heart, liver and brain tissues in mice were measured. Contrast to the D-galactose-aging mice model group, it showed that the activities of blood GSH-Px were significantly increased (P<0.01) after administration of pearl-powder 100,200mg/kg. The contents of seurm MDA were significantly decreased after administration of pearl-powder 200mg/kg (P<0.01). The contents of lipofuscin of heart tissue were siginificantly decreased after administration of pearl-powder 100,200mg/kg (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The contents of lipofuscin of brain tissue were significantly decreased in pearl-powder 50,100,200mg/kg groups (P<0.01). Contrast to the ozone-aging mice model group, it showed that the activities of blood GSH-Px were significantly increased after administration of pearl-powder 50,100,200mg/kg (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The contents of serum MDA were significantly decreased after administration of pearl-powder 100,200mg/kg (P<0.01). The contents of liver lipofuscin were significantly decreased after administration of pearl-powder 100mg/kg (P<0.01). But there were no significant decreasing effects of lipofuscin in heart tissue and brain tissue.
