摘要
芥子碱(Sin)ig300和600mg/Kg或sc20和40mg/Kg抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳壳肿胀和组织胺引起大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高。Sinig300和600mg/Kg可减少蓖麻油和番泻叶引起小鼠腹泻次数或发生率。以上的这些作用存在着明显的量效关系。芥子碱也抑制小鼠胃肠推进运动,但作用弱又无量效关系,提示抗炎是芥子碱抗腹泻的主要机理。芥子碱的小鼠ig最小致死量为3g/KP,ipLD50及95%可信限(CL)为184±CL14mg/Kg。
hether 300 and 600mg/kg ig, or 20 and 40mg/kg sc, sinapine (Sin ) inhibited xylene--induced swelling of mouseear and the.increased blood capillary permeability of skin induced by ic histamine in rats. Sin 300 and 600mg/Kg igreduced the frequency or incidence of purging induced by castor oil or senna in mice. These actions were enhanced ina dose-dependent manner. Sin inhibited the gastrointsetinal propellant rate of charcoal ink in normal mice, but the inhibition was weak and was not enhanced in a dose--dependent manner. It is suggested that the anti--inflammation is themajor mechanism of antidiarrhea of Sin. LD50 of Sin ip was 1 84±CL 14mg/kg and MLD of ig was about 3 g/kg inmice.
