摘要
随着甲醇工业的迅速发展,近年来,人们对二氧化碳加氢合成甲醇的工作与二氧化碳在铜基催化剂上合成甲醇中的作用发生了浓厚兴趣。国内外学者对二氧化碳的作用进行了研究,但观点不一。本文在加压下,用直流流动等温积分反应器。
The intrinsic reaction rates of methano lsynthesis from CO-H_2,CO_2-H_2 and CO-CO_2-H_2 mixtures under 5 MPa over C301 copper-based catalyst were measured in a plug-flow isothermal integral reactor, The results show that methanol is not only formed directly from CO and H_2 but also formed directly from CO_2 and H_2.Carbon dioxides also acts as an oxidant preventing excessive reduction of the catalyst and thus maintaining its activity.
