摘要 传统的气固相甲醇合成技术,由于温度控制和换热的限制,很难提高合成气的单程转化率和出口气体中的甲醇浓度。而液相法甲醇合成工艺,由于惰性液相介质的存在,改进了传热特性,在基本恒温的条件下,使合成气的单程转化率接近平衡转化率。 In liquid medium, synthesis of methanol from syngas on Cu-Zn-Al catalyst was carried out in a 0.85-liter stirred slurry reactor. The experimental conditions were as follows: temperature 230-270℃, pressure 4-7 MPa, space velocity 5-15×10~3h^(-1), H_2/CO ratio 1.22-4.62, weight of catalyst 5-20 grams, volume of liquid(?)medium 300ml.Among three liquid mediums (paraffin liquid, hexadecane and trimethylbenzene) evaluated it was found that the paraffin liquid was the best for liquid phase methanol synthesis. Effects of conditions of methanol synthesis reaction were examined. The results showed that CO conversion and methanol concentration in exit gas increased with increasing temperature, pressure and catalyst quantity. It was also found that the STY of methanol decreased with H_2/CO ratio over two.Since the mass-transfer resistance could be neglected, a rate equation was presented which was valid over the range of experiment conditions.
