摘要
该文论述了我国水土流失现状及危害,并对引起水土流失的自然因素与人为因素作了分析。同时还对新中国成立以来,水土保持工作成绩及效益作了评价。最后笔者提出了以法防治水土流失,搞好水土保持工作的意见。
The present situation and harms of soil and water loss in China were discussed in this paper. Meanwhile, the na-tural and man-made factors to cause soil and water loss were analysed., In addition, the achievements and benefitsachieved after the build-up of new China in the work of soil and water conservation were evaluated. At last, the au-thor put forward some suggestions about how to take laws for control soil and water loss and how to make a goodwork in soil and water conservation.
