介绍了利用实验室自行研制的紫外预电离 TEA CO2激光器进行的金属线导引抛物面光船垂直推进实验,脉冲能量 60 J 时,冲量耦合系数可达到 390 N/MW。这一结果远高于 Myrabo 和 Schall 等人用电子束维持放电激光器获得的空气呼吸模式冲量耦合系数。还介绍了利用光电二极管探测 He-Ne 激光束,He-Ne 激光束强度变化反映了空气呼吸模式激光推进时空气密度变化,进而观察了激光束照射光船后空气扰动的情况。
The article mainly introduces wire-guided vertical flight experiment of the parabolic lightcraft using the UV-preionized TEA CO2 laser made in our laboratory. A high impulse coupling coefficient 390 N/MW is obtained at the pulse energy 60J.The coupling coefficient is much higher than Myrabo and Scall’s results obtained by electron-beam sustained laser on air breathing laser propulsion. We also use PIN to probe the intensity variations of a He-Ne laser which reflect the density variations of the air. In the way, we can acquire some information of air disturbance after the laser interacts with the lightcraft.
