摘要
介绍了美军指挥、控制、通信、计算机、情报、侦察与监视系统(C4ISR)的体系结构和 2020 前的发展目标,重点论述了美军 C4ISR 源头——探测网的梯次结构。在 C4ISR 探测网中,为了被动获取高分辨率图像信息,光电信息装备大量使用。结合我国国情,提出了发展 C4ISR 及其光电信息装备的对策。
This paper introduces the architecture of US military C4ISR(Command, Control, Communications, Computers, intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance)and the developing targets before 2020. It also emphasizes the initial source of US military C4ISR, the echelon structure of the detection network. Many electro-optical devices are used in the detection network in order to passively obtain the high resolution image information. It provides the development strategies of C4ISR and electro-optical information system.
