摘要
本文首先讨论了一种以常规PID调节器为基础的水轮机极点配置调速器的设计问题,建立了希望极点、调节参数及水轮发电机组参数间的数学关系。然后以此为基础,引入了一种基于测试系统频率特性的自适应控制律。仿真和现场试验结果表明,系统在这种算法简单、实现容易的自适应控制律作用下,具有较好的参数自适应性。同时,当系统参数发生大范围变化时,该自适应控制律仍具有较强的镇定作用。
In this paper, a kind of the pole-placement PID hydro turbine governor is discussed, and then the mathematical relations among the desired poles, governor parameters and hydoro generating units parameters are established. Based on this method, the paper presents an adaptive rule which uses the information from system frequency characteristic. The results of emulation and field test proved that the closed loop system has good adaptive performances under the control of the described simple adaptive rule. When the system parameters change in wide ranges, the adaptive rule also has a strong stabilization.
