摘要
提出了改进的玻璃析晶动力学判据k(Tp0),它既能反映特征温度与玻璃抗析晶能力的关系,又不存在受升温速率影响的问题,而且保持了k(Tp)判据物理意义直观明确的优点。制备了x=5,10,15,25的20GaF3·15InF3·20CdF2·15ZnF2·(30-x)PbF2·xSnF2系列氟化镓基玻璃样品,用差示扫描量热法在不同加热速率下对此系列玻璃进行研究。用从改进的JohnsonMehlAvrami方程获得的k(Tp0)判据来估价玻璃的稳定性。结果表明:当x=10时玻璃的抗析晶能力最好,这与玻璃的实际熔制情况相符。
An improved crystallization kinetic parameter k(T_(p)~0) is introduced as a stability criterion, which has a clear physical meaning as k(T_(p)). k(T_p^0) , which reflects the relationship between characteristic temperature and stability of the glass but is free from heating-up speed. 20GaF_(3)·15InF_(3)·20CdF_(2)·15ZnF_(2)·(30-x)PbF_(2)·xSnF_(2)glass was prepared, where x=5, 10, 15 and 25. The prepared glass was studied by differential scanning calorimeter at different heating-up speed. The stability of glass was evaluated by k(T_p^0) criterion, which is obtained from modified JohnsonMehlAvrami equation. The results indicate that the glass has a better stability when x=10, which is agreed with the experiment.
