工程施工总进度网络计划技术是施工组织设计和合同管理的重要内容,是一项系统工程。水口电站在该领域的研究处国内领先水平,在施工总进度网络计划的编制技术、分析方法、对国外软件的开发应用、计划管理方法、计算机技术及开展施工总进度网络计划实时控制方面取得了可喜的成果。
The project general construction network schedule is the main content of the construction organinizing design and the contract management. It is of the system engineering. In the text are introduced the procedure for working out the Shulkou project general construction network schedule, method of its analysis, development and application of the imported software, and the advanced management as well as the computer technology. The successful study and application of the real-time control over the general construction network schedule are also introduced.
