摘要
介绍了可以用于替代昂贵的天然蜡 ,即合成的乳化型OP合成蜡的制备方法及其在日化方面的应用。试验表明 ,在反应温度为 14 0～ 15 5℃、反应时间为 5～ 6h的条件下 ,可以制备出高质量的乳化型OP合成蜡。
This paper describes the method of preparation about emulsifiable OP synthetic wax that can be instead of expensive natural wax such as carnarba wax , Chinese insect wax , montan wax.,etc. The emulsifiable OP synthetic wax can be used in Iight Industry. It has been demonstrated that the optimum preparation conditions of Emulsifiable OP Synthetic Wax are as follows: reaction temperature is 140～150 ℃ , reaction time is 5～6 h.
