摘要
本文总结了国内外一些压力管道优化设计的理论与实验研究,对压力管道的配筋、管道外包钢筋混凝土厚度等有关的资料进行分析比较及总结。在此基础上又提出一种新的结构优化方法:在应用钢筋混凝土非线性有限元分析基础上进行的结构非线性优化设计,由于有限元方法可适应各种复杂的边界条件,因而这种非线性优化方法具有更广阔的应用领域,经济效益也相当显著。
This paper has summerized up the theories and results of experimental studies made so far on optimization of some penstocks both at home and abroad. The paper also made a comparative study of reinforcement of penstocks, and thickness of penstock concrete enclosures. Based on the results of studies mentioned above, this paper descrided a new approach of optimization of design o penstocks: The non-linear optimization of penstock structures on the basis of non-linear finite element analysis of reinforced concrete is applicable to a reasonable wide field and enjoys good economic benefit due to wide application of the finite element analysis to various boundary conditions of different natures.
