摘要
大学生公寓建设和管理的成效，不仅关系到后勤社会化改革的进程，而且直接影响到学校的发展和管理。坚持理念先行、准确定位、科学规划、统筹安排，强调公寓建设的先进性、前瞻性和系统性，是大学生公寓建设的重要原则和发展方向。坚持公寓管理的规范性，强调管理手段的人本性，是大学生公寓管理的基本要素和途径。
The construction and management result of the college students' residence hall affects not only the socialization progress of rear - service, but also the development and management of the university. Adhere to the principles of giving priority to ideas, correct and accurate orientation, scientific planning, and overall arrangements, and attach great importance to that the construction of college students' residence hall should be advanced, foresighted, and systematic. These are important principles and the development aim for the college students' residence hall construction. To adhere to the normalization of residence hall management and to stress the humanistic side of the management metheds are the fundamental elements and approach in the management of the college students' residence hall.
