摘要 用红外光谱法研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-胺配合物催化生漆漆酚的氧化聚合过程,考察了生漆漆酚成膜性能、涂膜的热稳定性和耐化学介质性能。结果表明,Cu(Ⅱ)-胺配合物催化生漆漆酚氧化聚合过程具有类似漆酶的催化反应特征,它能够催化生漆漆酚氧化聚合干燥成膜,所得的涂膜具有与天然生漆涂膜相似的硬度、附着力、抗冲击力、热稳定性以及耐化学介质性能。 The oxidative polymerization process of urushiol with copper(Ⅱ) –amine complexes as catalyst were studied by IR, and the properties of coating film were determined. The experimental results showed as follows: in the catalyst reaction there were similarities between copper(Ⅱ) –amine complexes and original laccase, the coating film was manufactured by oxidative polymerization with copper(Ⅱ) –amine complexes as catalyst, and it had good properties which were comparable to natural urushiol coating film , such as hardness, adhesion , impact resistance, heat stability and anticorrosive to chemicals.
