摘要
激励是指激发人的动机、调动人积极性的心理过程。西方几种重要的激励理论,分别从需要满足、目标设置、奖酬分配及行为强化等几方面来研究人的激励。学校管理者了解并掌握这几种激励理论,有效地运用各种激励方法,有利于学校管理目标的实现。
Motivation is a psychological process of arousing one’s motive and activeness. Some important western motivation theories respectively research how to motive from different angles such as need meeting, goal setting, reward apportion and behavior reinforcement etc. Understanding and mastering these motivation theories and using different kinds of methods to encourage are beneficial for our school managers to achieve management goals.
